Now, I am discovering the beauty of staying positive... not knowing if I will have a dime left by the end of the week...

What's next? I keep walking to find out... and I can't help laughing, can't help smiling... because I am in love...

I’ve been thinking, reading through another Obama’s speech, that to work in PR you have to be aware and constantly aware of millions of tiny ephemeral things. Quite often those ideas, airs of the time, are themselves created by the communications people… But still, if you want to have your story scooped up, you need to have it well woven into the general plot, general cacophony. However it is getting more and more difficult to talk seriously, call things by it’s name. And sometimes, you are obliged to also learn to read backwards…

I am talking about this speech:

To address the energy security problem you may want first to draw the key points of the problem and then go on to talk in detail about the innovation plan. Every plan has a budget behind it, vice versa, if there is no budget, then your plan is more a call for a plan or a blueprint (that’s just a marginal note).

As the official statement points out, “In his weekly address, President Obama discussed his strategy to reduce our dependence on foreign oil and secure our nation’s energy future”.

However, as we read on, the problem is reduced to the fact that the rising price of gas hits families and businesses. Whereas, “dependence on foreign oil” can have more aspects to discuss...

Ok. We move on. In order to face this problem, presidential blueprint suggests to increase home oil-exploration (“Drill, baby, drill”, which was actually mocked at in an earlier speech) and to develop programs for better fuels and better efficiency of the existing vehicles.

Question #1: If we are talking about non-renewable resources, and there is no shortage of oil right now, why is gas price going up? Ok, that is a subject of an interesting dissertation… We will just note, that the stated problem is not addressed directly.

Indeed, the suggested measures will lessen the country’s dependence on export. But…

Here comes Question #2: Will these measures decrease the price of vehicle exploitation? In this case, we have to see each of the suggested measures one by one… but we have no time…

Next! And here comes the plan, meaning plan =budget.

The news is that there is the Clean Fleets Partnership, driven not by government, but by business and “more companies are going to be switching to electric and alternative vehicles, too – not out of the goodness of their hearts, but because it’s good for their bottom lines”. No doubt on that last point!

So to put it right, government will spend some taxpayer's money on the new fleet… and companies will do the same thing at the expense which is yet to be calculated and billed…

And as a general conclusion, this program is supposed to create new jobs!

So basically and indeed, we may forget about all that beginning with trendy words... approve this nice Clean Fleets Partnership and hope to find the real thing in the blueprint or in a further statement… How are we going to face the energy security problem? How to lighten the energy budget burden for families and businesses?

Считаю важным отметить, что на сайте Министерства Образования РФ, в разделе статистика, рубрика под названием "Расходование бюджетных средств" находится в стадии разработки!!!

1. Каждый имеет право на образование.

2. Гарантируются общедоступность и бесплатность дошкольного, основного общего и среднего профессионального образования в государственных или муниципальных образовательных учреждениях и на предприятиях.

3. Каждый вправе на конкурсной основе бесплатно получить высшее образование в государственном или муниципальном образовательном учреждении и на предприятии.

4. Основное общее образование обязательно. Родители или лица, их заменяющие, обеспечивают получение детьми основного общего образования.

5. Российская Федерация устанавливает федеральные государственные образовательные стандарты, поддерживает различные формы образования и самообразования.

Des petits rois autoproclamés, y en a beaucoup partout où je regarde, des petit royaumes d’autorité absolue dans les traces, dans les pétouilles, dans les crayons et petits machins… Y en a beaucoup partout… On joue des jeux des grands… on a toujours joué ces jeux… La question d’espace intime, espace personnelle est une question assez discutable.

Nous possédons un don unique de se réveiller le matin et de saluer le nouvel jour… Nous possédons un don unique d’oublier la nuit et de recommencer avec le sourire… Nous possédons un don unique de laissé le mal dans le passé… de vivre…

Aujourd’hui, dans le métro, j’ai vu une femme qui lisait un livre. Ça fait longtemps que je n’avais pas vu un livre de poche avec une couverture en papier blanc,celle que les gens font eux même pour protéger le livre ou parfois plutôt pour cacher le titre au voisin trop curieux dans le transport en commun. Je me souviens des livres enveloppés dans des pages jaunes des vieux journaux, chez ma grand-mère… Les souvenirs d’enfance … Je me suis dit que c’était bien sympa de prendre soin de ses livres de poche. C’est une attitude responsable…

Si on avait le temps pour prendre soin de tout ce qui nous entoure, quel monde serait-il ?

« Marion ? Oui !!! C’est ma meilleure copine ! Nous nous connaissons depuis l’enfance !! Et oui !! Marion… Elle est complètement sanglée ! Elle se plaigne tout le temps, tout le temps… Son mec, je lui déteste, lui, il est définitivement sanglé ! On se moque de Marion souvent !! Ah ! C’est marrant ! Elle a décidé de faire un régime récemment… Oui, elle est un peu costaude… tu sais, elle a des grosses jambes… Bah, parce qu’elle mange des cochonneries tout le temps… Marion au régime, c’est une blague !! D’ailleurs, elle ne peut pas se passer de son petit miroir. Elle le sort de son sac à main minuscule tous les cinq minutes pour se poudrer le né… C’est parce qu’elle a des boutons… c’est à cause de ces problèmes hormonaux et de nutrition, elle a commencé un traitement, mais ça ne marche pas… Effectivement, avec une vie sexuelle comme ça… on n’en parle pas !! Mais elle est adorable cette petite Marion ! On l’aime bien ! »
